FAQ’s
What is the max occupancy of the indoor space? What amenities are available?
50 is the max indoor capacity. We have a kitchen with catering access, bridal room/library, full indoor bathroom. Dimmable lighting, wifi, and heating & air conditioning. You can dance inside or out, or dine inside or out!
Can I bring my own vendor(s)?
Yes! You must provide your own vendors for your event. Feel free to ask for local recommendations!
Do you provide overnight accommodations?
Casa Alpina is available for rent upon availability or included in the Full Property Weekend. It sleeps 8.
What tables & chairs are included?
5 - 6ft round tables (seat 8), 2-6ft rectangle tables, 3 - 8ft outdoor picnic tables, 50 white folding chairs. We provide set up for a fee, or you can set up/take down yourself. Linens, plates, glassware not included.
Will I need insurance for my event?
Per the contract, renter needs to purchase insurance at: Special Event Insurance and proof of insurance must be sent to venue same day as balance is paid.
